Awareness is the KEY! Every day we make over 200 food related decisions, but really only put thought into about 10% of these choices. In this education session we will take a closer look at weight and heart disease, “What influences us to eat“ and how we can “Renovate our environment” to change the way we are eating.

 

Learn about about the impact of weight on heart disease. Take home simple tips to achieve your nutrition goals - whether it's losing weight, reducing your cholesterol, managing your blood sugars, eating healthier, develop a better relationship with food or just feeling more in control of your eating.

 

During this session you will be surprised to learn how even modest weight loss and little changes over time can make a big difference to your health!
